Eligibility & Account Registration
To register and maintain an account on bd7999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the platform:

bd7999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued photo identification — at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or in response to a compliance review. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.
Account Security & Responsibilities

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms
All financial transactions on the bd7999 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The supported payment channels are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. bd7999 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or payments via unregistered third-party agents.
The following financial limits apply to all player accounts unless varied by individual account tier:
- Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
- Maximum single withdrawal: Subject to account tier and verification status; standard verified accounts may withdraw up to ৳50,000 per transaction.
- Withdrawal processing time: Verified accounts receive withdrawals within two hours during normal operating periods. Requests submitted during scheduled maintenance windows may be delayed.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit or the payment method registered to the player's verified account. bd7999 does not permit withdrawals to payment accounts held in a different name than the registered player account name. bd7999 does not charge a processing fee on deposits or withdrawals on the platform's side. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash or Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges in accordance with their service terms. bd7999 has no control over third-party payment provider fees.
All deposit and withdrawal requests are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) review. bd7999 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests. Failure to comply with AML requests may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
Bonuses, Promotions & Loyalty Program
bd7999 may offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, and Loyalty Program rewards to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is presented. The general bonus rules in this clause apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated.
- Bonuses are credited to your account in BDT and are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion's terms.
- Bonuses may only be used on games and markets that qualify under the specific promotion. Bets placed on excluded games will not contribute to wagering requirements.
- bd7999 reserves the right to void bonus winnings and confiscate bonus funds if it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, coordinated play designed to exploit promotional terms, or any form of wagering that does not represent genuine gameplay.
- Bonuses are non-transferable, non-cashable (until wagering requirements are met), and cannot be exchanged for cash equivalents outside of the stated withdrawal conditions.
- Players enrolled in the bd7999 Loyalty Program accumulate points based on qualifying wagers. Points redemption, tier thresholds, and associated rewards are governed by the Loyalty Program's own terms, which form part of these Terms by reference.
- bd7999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players will not be entitled to compensation for cancelled promotions where no real-money deposit was made in reliance on the promotion.
Gameplay, Betting Rules & Fair Play
bd7999 offers casino games, live casino tables, slots, crash games, and sports betting markets. Each game and product category operates under its own set of rules, which are displayed within the game interface or sportsbook market. In the event of a conflict between in-game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.
The following fair play obligations apply to all players at all times:
- You must play solely for personal recreational entertainment. Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any third-party tools to place bets, analyse outcomes, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner is strictly prohibited.
- Collusion with other players — including but not limited to coordinated betting, chip dumping in poker, or exploiting live dealer tables through team play — is prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds associated with the collusion.
- Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable software error are void and will be reversed from your account balance.

Prohibited Conduct

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and bd7999, you are encouraged to contact the support team at [email protected] in the first instance. bd7999 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receiving a formal written complaint. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable licensing authority.
Nothing in this clause prevents bd7999 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property, prevent fraud, or enforce AML obligations.
Amendments to These Terms
bd7999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bd7999 will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page. For significant changes that affect player rights or financial terms, bd7999 may also notify registered players via the email address on file.
Your continued use of the bd7999 platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.
